01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and PK 40 Satta ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). 03Account Registration

When you register for a PK 40 Satta account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. The following conditions apply to your account:

Registration Information

You must provide truthful information during registration, including your real name, valid mobile number and accurate CNIC details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. PK 40 Satta will never ask you for your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)

We may require identity verification before processing withdrawals or at any other point we consider appropriate. This typically involves confirming your CNIC details and mobile number. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

04Deposits and Payments

All transactions on PK 40 Satta are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits with fast confirmation
• Raast — instant interbank transfers via Pakistan's national payment system
• Bank Transfer — direct transfers from Pakistani bank accounts

Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone else — are not accepted. If a third-party deposit is detected, the funds may be reversed and the account may be investigated.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary depending on the payment method. Current limits are displayed at the time of deposit. PK 40 Satta does not charge platform-side fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply standard transaction fees.

05Withdrawals

PK 40 Satta processes withdrawals in PKR through the same channels supported for deposits. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa typically complete within minutes during normal operating hours. Raast and bank transfer withdrawals may take slightly longer depending on the receiving institution.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method and are shown at the time of request.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal of bonus-related funds is permitted.
• PK 40 Satta reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.

06Bonuses and Promotions

PK 40 Satta offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each offer's terms.
• One bonus per player: Bonuses are available once per player, per household and per payment method unless otherwise stated. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is considered abuse.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. PK 40 Satta reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds expire if not used within the time period specified in the relevant offer terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Withdrawal of bonus: Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering that has met the stated requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• Modification or cancellation: PK 40 Satta reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if abuse, technical errors or other irregularities are detected.

07Games and Sports Betting

PK 40 Satta offers slots, live casino table games, and sports betting including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports. The following conditions apply across all game types:

Game Fairness

All slot and casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in real time and operate according to standard table game rules as communicated within the game interface.

Sports Betting Rules

Bets on sports events — including PSL matches, T20 internationals and other cricket fixtures — are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each market. Odds are displayed at the time of placing a bet. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended. In-play bets are accepted at the platform's discretion and may be suspended or restricted during certain phases of a match.

Void Bets and Cancelled Events

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or otherwise does not proceed as scheduled, bets may be voided and stakes returned in accordance with applicable betting rules. PK 40 Satta's decision regarding void bets and event outcomes is final.

• Bets placed on incorrect odds due to technical errors may be voided at PK 40 Satta's discretion.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event and are shown within the betting interface.
• Winnings are credited to your PKR account balance upon settlement of the relevant event or game round.

08Player Conduct

PK 40 Satta expects all players to use the platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with fair play. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, termination and forfeiture of balances:

• Fraud and collusion: Any attempt to defraud the platform, collude with other players or exploit system vulnerabilities is a serious violation.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts, using automated tools, or employing any strategy specifically designed to exploit bonuses rather than engage in genuine play is not permitted.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider while retaining winnings generated from the disputed deposit is considered fraudulent activity.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts or any automated software to place bets or play games is strictly prohibited.
• Abusive behaviour: Abusive, threatening or offensive language directed at support staff or other platform users will not be tolerated.

09Responsible Gaming

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal use of the platform

If your account is suspended for investigation purposes, you will be notified and given an opportunity to respond unless doing so would compromise the investigation. If an account is terminated due to a confirmed violation, any balance associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Legitimate balances will be handled in accordance with the outcome of any investigation.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining PKR balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements are resolved.

12Limitation of Liability

PK 40 Satta provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation or specific outcomes from gameplay or betting. To the fullest extent permitted, PK 40 Satta shall not be liable for:

• Loss of funds arising from incorrect bets placed by the player
• Technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues or device failures on the player's side
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa or banking institutions
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the platform
